Preamble

  3. Th client declares full legal age and to have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
  4. All booking made through emilie@solcollective.co implies being aware and accepting Sōl Collective’s terms and conditions
  5. The client needs to read and accept Sōl Collective’s terms and conditions at time of booking.
  6. Terms and conditions will be sent by email to the client.
  7. Retreat is designed for client’s personal needs (not for companies)
  8. The client declares being in full capacity to understand the conditions and to commit to the Terms & Conditions.

Description of services

  1. Accommodation The email address emilie@solcollective.co is designed to book accommodation utilised by Sōl Collective. Description, dates, rates, payment conditions and terms and conditions, are clearly indicated on the website www.solcollective.co/en/ 
  2. Meals: below meals are included in the package
  • Snacks
  • Brunch x 3
  • Dinner x 2
  • Some soft drinks
  1. Other services Heal the Healer Retreat includes workshops and activities . These services includes :
  • Yoga classes
  • workshops
  • Night activities
  1. All inclusive package – 3 Day/ 2 night Heal the Healer Retreat includes:
  • 2 night accommodation
  • 5 meals 
  • Other services
  1. Services not included: Sōl Collective do not offer the following services but can help organising:
  • Transport from and to train stations / airports
  1. Optional services and suppliers: Sōl Collective will provide optional services with other partner suppliers. The client will have to inform himself about the practitioners, and to be sure that the therapy or care is adequate with his health.
  • Massages, alternative therapies (ex: Reiki) in spaces made available by Sōl Collective. These optional services will need to be paid directly to each supplier. It is the client’s responsibility to ask a doctor if he is capable of receiving any treatment. Treatments do not replace a medical consultation. 
  • Sōl Collective cannot be liable for any accident or injury caused by any other supplier.
  1. Check in and check out 

Check in is at 8.00am on Day 1 and check out is at 3.00pm on Day 3. (End of the programme at 5.00pm). Outside of these times, Sōl Collective do not guarantee that client will be catered for. Rooms are available on Day. Any change of room configuration on arrival or during the stay will be dependent on availability and rate increase if any. Sōl Collective do not guarantee the availability of non-selected room types.

Bookings

1. Bookings need to be emailed by the client to: emilie@solcollective.co .  Name, surname, email and phone number, Next of KIN of each participant need to be mentioned in the client’s email or form at time of booking.

  • Depending on the client navigation on the internet, client will find the below detailed information on the Event page
  •  Stay and services designed by Sōl Collective
  • Description of the retreat : details and features (especially accommodation) 
  • Date in and out (check-in et check-out);
  • Description of the rates depending on room types and bedding configurations.
  • Total price (excluding optional services such as massage, reiki..)
  • Secured payment with Up2Pay link. 

2. Payment

  • A secured payment link will be sent to the client by email (with Up2Pay). Client needs to click on the link to access the secured payment page. Client needs to type credit card numbers in. (credit card needs to be valid at time of payment). 
  • If a credit card is not accepted at time of payment (stolen, not enough funds or other reasons), the client will need to contact his bank and Sōl Collective to confirm booking and payment type.
  • If the client hasn’t prepaid the retreat, Sōl Collective will be able to ask for full payment on arrival. 

Booking cancellation or amendment

1. For all accommodation and related services booked, there is no right of retractation possible. (article L. 221-18 of the Consumer code), as per article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code)

2. Booking paid in full can be cancelled with fees if the client requests cancellation, up to 1 month prior. Client will be refunded by bank transfer within 30 days from the day of cancellation, only if the reservation was paid in full before 30 days. Deposit will not be refunded. Full cancellation from 30 days prior arrival.

3. Amendments:

  • Amendments need to be notified 30 days prior arrival by email.

4. If the client is willing to interrupt the retreat, there will be no refund.

Commitment and Responsibility of the Client

1. The client is the only responsible for his choice of services. 

2. The client is also the only responsible of the information he is communicating during the booking process. 

Act of God

  • The parties cannot be liable towards each other in case of the inexecution of obligations resulting from an Act of God. Any Act of God will suspend obligations of execution from both parties. Each party will have to support the resulting costs from the Act of God. If any Act of God is lasting for more than thirty (30) days from its occurrence, the Terms and conditions release could be cancelled by one of the parties, with none of the party being able to ask for compensation.

Customer experience and claims

  • For all claims regarding booking by email or from the website, client can contact Sōl Collective as per contact details in the preamble 1.2.

Protection of personal datas

  • During the booking process,  Sōl Collective will be collecting personal datas. 
  • The client will be informed, on each form collecting personal datas, of which information is compulsory or not. There will be a star (*) if compulsory. 
  • If compulsory information is not communicated to Sōl Collective at time of booking, booking will not be processed.
  • Terms and Conditions, and personal datas collected at time of booking are for Sol Collective’s and direct suppliers’ use only (especially for secured payment) so booking can be confirmed.
